Plant Manager -

Responsible for directing and coordinating day-to-day operations at one of our manufacturing plant.
Able to draw long-term strategies meeting production/sales goals, while optimizing manufacturing costs.

Quality Manager -

Insuring processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
Working closely with external bodies on all matters related to external accreditations process, fostering industrial performance.

Environmental Manager -

Responsible for overseeing the environmental performance of our organization. He/She also develops, implements and monitors environmental strategies, policies and programmes which promote sustainable development. The Environmental Manager examines our activities to establish where improvements can be made and ensure compliance with environmental legislation across the organization.

Safety Manager -

Providing professional knowledge and expertise in the administration and support of environmental health and safety programsResponsible for the overall coordination and implementation of environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and institutional policies.

Engineering Manager -

Responsible for supervising junior engineers, coordinating production plans, researching and elaborating new processes.
He/She is able to improve existing manufacturing processes, elaborate new manufacturing processes, as well as developing new products.

Process Engineer -

Involved in the design, development, construction and operation of industrial processes for the production of a diverse range of products, especially specialty chemicals. His/Her main missions are: researching new products from trial through to commercialization, managing scale-up processes from plant to full industrial-scale manufacturing, and improving product lines.

 

 

 

Market Manager -

In charge of a market, a portfolio of products designed to fit into this market, implementing the Sales & Marketing strategy to reach the objectives fixed with his/her hierarchy
Able to obtain, compile, and summarize key market information to understand long-term trends, and implement a consistent strategy, in line with global objectives.

Sales Manager -

Maintaining and increasing sales of his/her products or area, the Sales Manager implements a sales strategy, closely with the Sales & Marketing Director, for his/her market or area. Visiting key account customers, monitoring and fostering new business opportunities with prospects, compiling and analyzing sales figures for reporting to his/her hierarchy. He/She is a dynamic individual, able to travel, with outstanding interpersonal skills. His/Her ability to build trust-worthy relationships is key to his/her fonction.

Marketing Analyst -

In charge of developing marketing tools for sales reinforcement, smooth release of information within the organization, and key market information and indicators for sales follow-up. He/She is responsible for incrementing the Competitive Watch, and provides key market information to the Sales Managers and Market Managers. In addition, he/she supports the Sales & Marketing Director with market analysis and marketing strategy implementation.

 

Chief Financial Officer  -

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Providing leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

Business Controller  -

Provides leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions. Ensures company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles.

Plant Controller  -

Maintaining current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, regulatory policies and directives, and current accounting standards.
He/She is responsible for preparing financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.

Business Development Manager -

His/Her function is to develop and generate new leads.
Able to discover new opportunities out of current fields of interest, as well as determining collaborative opportunities (such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.).

He/She is in charge of new product development, coordinating Sales and R&D departments.

Customer Service Manager -

The Customer Service takes the lead as soon as an offer is concluded. The Customer Service Manager insures smooth work of the Customer Service, to exceed customers expectations and coordinate production, sales, and logistics issues. The Customer Service is also involved in credit limit and payment follow-up.

Customer Service Officer -

Monitoring and responding to customers' requirements, he/she follows the "transaction process" from our plant to our customers' plant. Able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented in order to follow-up efficiently the deals and offers. Working closely with the customer, he/she has outstanding spoken and written communication skills, adaptability and is calm when dealing with issues.

Human Resources Officer -

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for the working environment of within the organization. He/She insures smooth working relationships and implement training, mobility and recruitment policy in accordance with the organizational strategy.
